PSE Cartridge W - Specifications

NEW

In order to meet strict contamination control requirements for ultra-pure water, polysulfone membranes have been employed because they are excellent high-polymer separation membranes.
The lineup includes membrane pore sizes of 0.1 µm, 0.2 µm, 0.45 µm, 0.8 µm, and 1.2 µm.

  • *1 Refer to the “Sizes” table.
  • *2 Do not let backflow occur except for instantaneous Negative pressure being applied.
  • *3 70℃ is applicable to G type Double & Triple products.
Because hot water may deteriorate the parts if used for a long period of time, prior checks should be carried out.
  • *4 In the case of using the cartridge for chemical fluid filtration, prior evaluation should be carried out under the planned conditions of use.

Sterilization treatment

The cartridge can be repeatedly sterilized. Sterilization should be carried out at regular intervals to ensure reliable removal of microorganisms and to maintain filtration performance.

Hot water sterilization

90℃

Chemical sterilization
  • Hydrogen peroxide solution: 5%

  • Formalin: 1%

  • Sodium hypochlorite: 10 ppm (chlorine water)
