The use of a polysulfone membrane, a high porosity rate of about 80% and a featured asymmetric membrane cause hydraulic resistance to decrease, thereby enabling a high flow rate to be obtained.
The cartridge is pre-washed with ultra-pure water, therefore specific resistivity can be recovered by washing the cartridge slightly at the time of use.
Alkali resistance has been improved by employing polypropylene as the non-woven fabric material.
The lineup includes 4 thicknesses (0.1 µm, 0.2 µm, 0.45 µm, and 0.8 µm), all of which offer high retention performance equivalent to that of the PSE cartridge, plus 4 types of seals (P, M, MP and G) that make it ready for use in a wide range of applications.
Acids & alkalis, plating fluids, photoresist developers, various types of corrosive chemicals, purified water, foods, etc.

A polysulfone membrane and 2 layers of pre-filter supports are pleated together and integrally molded by thermal fusion bonding. (Example: G type)
The following data have been obtained by checking the filtration performance after 24-hour immersion testing at normal temperature. Please check the chemical compatibility under your conditions before use.
