Overview
High flow rate achieved by a polysulfone membrane, a high porosity rate, and an asymmetric membrane. Pre-washed with ultra-pure water for easy recovery of specific resistivity.
The use of a polysulfone membrane, a high porosity rate of about 80% and a featured asymmetric membrane cause hydraulic resistance to decrease, thereby enabling a high flow rate to be obtained.
The cartridge is pre-washed with ultra-pure water, therefore specific resistivity can be recovered by washing the cartridge slightly at the time of use.
Alkali resistance has been improved by employing polypropylene as the non-woven fabric material.
The lineup includes 4 thicknesses (0.1 µm, 0.2 µm, 0.45 µm, and 0.8 µm), all of which offer high retention performance equivalent to that of the PSE cartridge, plus 4 types of seals (P, M, MP and G) that make it ready for use in a wide range of applications.
Applications
Acids & alkalis, plating fluids, photoresist developers, various types of corrosive chemicals, purified water, foods, etc.

Sterilization treatment
The cartridge can be repeatedly sterilized. Sterilization should be carried out at regular intervals to ensure reliable removal of microorganisms and to maintain filtration performance.
Hot water sterilization
90℃
Chemical sterilization
- Hydrogen peroxide solution: 5%
- Formalin: 1%
- Sodium hypochlorite: 10 ppm (chlorine water)
