Overview
-
Ready for use for larger LCD substrates
-
A PPE cartridge filter of an ultra-high flow rate that surpasses that of the conventional cartridges
-
Best suited for Gen 8 through Gen 10 large LCD substrates
Features
Ultra-high flow rate
The cartridge has realized an ultra-high flow rate by increasing the membrane area inside the cartridge, while at the same time employing a structure that optimizes filtration capabilities.
Excellent clarification and filtration
A dense non-woven fabric performs reliable clarification and filtration.
Excellent prefiltration
The cartridge reliably retains particles and fully demonstrates the prefiltration functions of the membrane filter. It is very effective in extending the service life of filtration systems.
Excellent chemical resistance
Since polypropylene is used for all the cartridge materials, the cartridge can be used with acids, alkalis and various types of organic solvents.
Main applications
-
For prefiltration, clarification and filtration in wet processes for large LCD substrates
-
For prefiltration, clarification and filtration where a high flow rate is required for various types of acidic and alkaline chemicals and reagents
