We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of this Country and recognise their ancient and continuing culture, knowledge systems and connections to land, water and sky, and pay our respects to their Elders past, present and emerging. As part of National Reconciliation Week 2022 we were excited to release our first Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan and are looking forward to the journey ahead. This is our commitment to learn about the true history of Australia and, through our actions, create a brighter future for First Nations people and all Australian communities.

At FUJIFILM Business Innovation Australia, we aim to continuously support the communities in which we operate and ways to make a difference for all present and future generations.
That’s why we’re incredibly proud to call ourselves a partner of the Australian Business and Community Network (ABCN), Partnering Business with Education. You can read about FBAU’s impact in 2023 in our 2023 Impact Report.
Since 2006 we’ve worked with the ABCN to empower young people in high needs communities with their early learning, ongoing education and transition to sustainable employment.
ABCN is a not-for-profit that brings businesses and schools together to address educational disadvantages. ABCN connects our skilled workforce with diverse schools of lower socio-economic status to provide a range of workplace-based programs including mentoring for leadership, STEM, problem-solving and more.
We have programs running throughout every school year across each state, with our main footprint centered around our larger offices in NSW, QLD and VIC.
Our staff who participate in these programs also have a unique opportunity to understand different generations and cultures while exercising skills in coaching, creativity and mentorship.
