Information on the safe handling and use of FUJIFILM Business Innovation branded products.
A SDS (previously referred to as a MSDS) is a document containing important information about chemicals that may be hazardous and/or dangerous in the workplace and includes the following data:
- The product name of a substance
- The chemical as well as the generic names of certain ingredients
- The chemical and physical properties of the chemical
- Health hazard information
- Precautions for safe handling and use
It is compulsory under Commonwealth, Territory and State legislation for Person Conducting a Business or Undertaking (PCBU) to obtain a SDS for all hazardous substances and/or dangerous goods.
FUJIFILM Business Innovation Australia provides a SDS for all chemical products used or supplied in the workplace and ensures access of information to all workers.
It is recommended that workers make enquiries regarding their obligations under workplace health and safety legislation.
For first aid advice or in the event of an accident, please see a doctor or contact the Poisons Information Centre on 13 11 26.
