The three technology enablers of building a Smart Workstyle

Among the Smart Workstyle best practices recommended by experts at FUJIFILM Business Innovation Day 2022 for Hong Kong enterprises in transition were tips to leverage these three key technology enablers for ongoing digital transformation:

  • Look beyond office automation to Hyperautomation. As an approach to scaling automation across business and IT processes, hyperautomation enhances business agility, efficiency and decision making and enables continuous improvement. It involves finding the fastest and most cost-effective way to capture, access and manage information, streamline workflows, handle repetitive and high-volume tasks and leverage insights derived from data.
  • Embrace a unified communications strategy to deliver a Total Experience for customers, employees and users across varied modes, devices and applications. Uniting disconnected digital systems and avoiding manual interventions in this way can eliminate data silos, capture customer insights, and enable straight-through processing to improve cost efficiency, boost brand value, enhance business continuity and generate new revenue streams.
  • Adopt a flexible, scalable and reliable Cybersecurity Mesh strategy to enable secure connections across a distributed network. It establishes an AI-powered security framework that protects remote workforces using a myriad of productivity tools and end-point devices. It also simplifies IT management and improves collaboration.

FUJIFILM Business Innovation Day 2022 also featured a total of 12 interactive booths, showcasing FUJIFILM BI HK’s cutting-edge smart products and solutions supporting the adoption of Hyperautomation, Total Experience and Cybersecurity Mesh. These ranged from Business Process Automation (BPA) solutions to Managed Security Service, Web3-based solutions and Managed Print Services.
