The Job
- Provide Level 1&2 support on user query/requirement and production issue raised - Event / Incident and Problem management
- Plan, install, configure, test and support the enterprise production systems /applications
- Evaluate potential solutions and make recommendations to resolve application issues and user queries
- Liaise with regional teams and external vendors to ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) are met
- Manage and respond to users on timely manner for reported production issues/clarification
- Prepare and update technical documentation such as administration and user guides
- Perform technology research for the continuous improvement
The Person
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related disciplines
- 5 years in IT technical support experience and handling external customer problem isolation / resolution is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft server's environment and infrastructure, Microsoft 365 and its associated products
- Proficiency in network protocols and peripherals
- PMP/ ITIL certification is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Enthusiastic, hardworking, proactive and goal-oriented, demonstrated professionalism and attention to detail
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as System Analyst
