The Job
- Lead a team of System Specialist to provide software solution installation and post-sales support
- Evaluate installation request, check for resource requirement and arrange for the deployment
- Daily monitoring incoming post-sale support request and assign team members to resolve incidents
- Manage problem resolution and to escalate & liaise with regional support team / vendors to get appropriate support and resources in dealing with problems/risks
- Take ownership of critical incidents, coordinating with resolution parties, and establishing effective communication between stakeholders for post-incident reviews
- Align personal & team members’ development with business objectives and embrace the transformation to move the team/department forward
- Conduct monthly reporting and service review, trend and root cause analysis, identify and lead continuous improvement
- Achieve operation targets and implement rectification when needed
The Person
- Degree in Computer Science / Engineering or related disciplines
- With 6 – 8 years' experience in managing technical team and handling external customer problem isolation/resolution; Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager, Technical Services
- Solid experience in System virtualization / High availability architecture / IT Infrastructure integration / - Database Administration
- Strong operational process management expertise in ITIL and or other operation frameworks
- Strong logical thinking and good analytical, problem solving skill is necessary
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
