Third Party Warranty Information

Fujifilm Business Innovation New Zealand Ltd are pleased to be able to offer warranties on third party equipment listed below:

  • Facilitation of Warranty Claims
    FujiFilm Business Innovation New Zealand Ltd will manage warranty claims on your behalf, without the need for you to contact the manufacturer directly.

  • Information and Diagnostics
    You may need to provide additional information, such as diagnostic logs, videos, or pictures before the manufacturer’s engineer or our engineer attends to the issue.

  • Approval
    An engineer may not attend to the call until warranty approval or direction is received from the manufacturer. There may be delays while waiting for replacement parts or units from the manufacturer, Fujifilm Business Innovation New Zealand Ltd does not take any responsibility for these delays.

  • Installation or Removal
    The warranty does not cover any additional cost for the removal, installation or transport of a device that is either being serviced or replaced under the warranty.

  • Support Units
    No support units are covered by the warranty.

  • Warranty Rejection:
    If the manufacturer rejects the warranty claim, you will be responsible for the full cost of the repair. Fujifilm Business Innovation New Zealand Ltd will notify you if the warranty is rejected before any further work is carried out.
