Senior Leadership Team
Managing Director
David Jupe became Managing Director of FUJIFILM Business Innovation New Zealand in September 2021. Since 2019 he had served on the company’s Senior Leadership Team as General Manager of our Managed Services Division, leading a nationwide team of printing and outsourced services professionals.
He brings to his role more than two decades of domestic and international experience in printing, graphic communications and outsourced services, and has previously led two of New Zealand’s largest commercial print companies as CEO.
In other prior roles he has worked as an independent consultant and business coach to other executives.
He is a graduate of the University of Auckland with a Master of Management degree.
Director of Operations
Aaron leads our nationwide operational teams, including Customer Service, Business Operations, Supply Chain, Project Management and IT. With a deep background in transforming systems, processes and technology to help enable better business outcomes, he is responsible for driving our business forward and serving our customers better.
He has previously worked in a C-level capacity for large private sector companies and government agencies in New Zealand, where he developed a strong track record for leading technical and management teams. He holds a diploma from Auckland University of Technology in Business and Information Technology.
Director of Sales
Cameron Mount leads our nationwide Sales teams, responsible for driving the company’s efforts to provide technology and automation solutions that help our customers to achieve their digital transformation goals and eliminate outdated work practices.
With more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry, Cameron has worked with some of New Zealand’s leading organisations to optimise their document and data processes, improve employee productivity, provide process visibility and control operational costs. His most recent prior role was leading the Process Automation division of FUJIFILM Business Innovation New Zealand, helping enterprise customers discover software solutions that enabled better business outcomes.
General Manager – CodeBlue
Daniel manages the CodeBlue business unit of FUJIFILM Business Innovation New Zealand, responsible for all aspects of its operations and executing its mission to help small and medium sized businesses harness the promise of technology to help their businesses work better.
For the last decade he has helped to grow CodeBlue from an early-stage regional company to become a premier national IT services provider with a full suite of managed services encompassing end user compute, infrastructure, cloud, backup, and security. Following the acquisition of CSG and CodeBlue in 2020, Daniel remained with the company to lead and bolster its further growth with the backing of Fujifilm.
He also has extensive experience in the print industry, having previously worked for Fuji Xerox (now FUJIFILM Business Innovation) in a variety of technical and sales roles.
General Manager – Corporate Services
Danielle leads our corporate services teams, providing support for the broader business through a variety of functions needed to help our company operate and serve customers effectively. Her portfolio includes Legal, Human Resources, Facilities, Health & Safety, Audit, Sustainability and Risk & Compliance.
Danielle has extensive experience in New Zealand and abroad providing top level legal counsel and business management for multinational corporations including banks, telecommunications and petroleum companies.
She has a Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Laws conjoint degree in Law and Psychology from the University of Otago.
Chief Financial Officer
David leads the broad Finance functions at FUJIFILM Business Innovation, overseeing all aspects of the company’s financial affairs including billing, leasing and accounts payable/receivable.
He has extensive experience from more than 20 years in senior finance roles across the manufacturing, distribution and transportation, industries, playing a key role in helping these organisations to transform their practice and improve efficiencies. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Auckland University and has been a chartered accountant since 1992.
