Seven-Eleven Multi-Copiers / About Scanning (iPhone/iPad)
This page explains how to scan data with the machine and send them to your iPhone/iPad.
1.
Launch the "Multicopy" application.
2.
Tap [Scan].
3.
Check the available storage size, and tap [Connect].
4.
Hold QR code close to the reading device of machine.
5.
Tap [Connect] when an instruction is displayed on the touch screen of the machine.
6.
Scan documents as instructed on the touch screen of the machine after connecting with Multicopy Machine.
The steps to scan documents are now complete.

Select the scanned data, and then perform one of the following.
1.
If you try to delete the scanned file

Tap the file you want to delete. (You can select multiple files at once.)
Tap [Delete] icon after selecting.
2.
If you try to save the scanned file with "Photo" application

Select the JPEG file or TIFF file you want to save.
Tap [Open by an application] icon after selecting.

Tap [Save Image] icon.
3.
If you try to save the scanned file in a storage of another application
3-1.
Tap the file you want to save.
Tap [Open by an application] icon after selecting.

Tap [Save to Files] icon.

To save the file, select the location from the list of storage location and tap [Add].
4.
If you try to display the scanned file with another application.
4-1.
Tap the file you want to display by external applications.
Tap [Open by an application] icon after selecting.
4-2.
Tap the application you want to open from the application list.
5.
If you try to send the scanned file by email.
5-1.
Tap the file you want to send. (You can select multiple files at once.)
Tap [Send by e-mail] icon after selecting.
5-2.
Enter the address, subject and any other information on the sending screen, and tap [Send].
