平素より、当社商品をご愛用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
Microsoft社は「Outlookの個人用メールアカウントを安全に保つため、Microsoftは2024年9月16日以降、ユーザー名とパスワードのみを入力してアカウントにサインインする方法である基本認証をサポートしなくなります。」と発表しました。
弊社商品への影響と対応方法などを下記のとおりにお知らせします。
Microsoft社Outlookメール基本認証のサポート終了日
弊社商品への影響
弊社商品にOutlookの個人用メールアカウント（outlook.com, hotmail.com, live.com等）とパスワードを設定し、メールサーバー(SMTP/POP3/IMAP)を利用している状態でサポート終了日を迎えた場合、メールやインターネットファクスの送受信機能（*1）が利用できなくなります。
本件はExchange Onlineを利用されているお客様には影響ありません。そのままご使用いただけます。
- *1 スキャンのメール送信、インターネットファクス送信、メール通知、ペーパーレスファクス受信のメール転送などのメール送信や、メール受信プリント、インターネットファクス受信プリント、その他のメールの送受信を行う機能。

本件への対応
弊社商品にOutlookの個人用メールアカウント（outlook.com, hotmail.com, live.com等）とパスワードを設定し、メールサーバー（SMTP/POP3/IMAP）を利用して送受信を行っているお客様は、設定変更による回避手段はございません。
他のメールサービスへの乗り換えをご検討ください。
