The Acuity LED 1600R is a reliable 1.6m roll-fed production machine, built to deliver exceptional print results up to 355 ft2/hr in the most environmentally friendly way, with low-energy LED UV curing technology. LED lamps consume far less energy than conventional UV and last up to ten times longer, having a positive impact on the total cost of ownership. And with no drying time required, prints come off the printer ready to be finished and shipped.

Start off with a basic CMYK color configuration. Upgrade to lights to achieve smoother tonal images and add a white ink channel for printing on clear of colored materials. This flexibility meant the Acuity LED 1600R can grow with your business and makes it a perfect entry-level machine.

The Acuity LED 1600 II is a high-performance wide-format inkjet printer featuring a proprietary-design LED light source, high precision, high-speed, printheads, and optimized fast curing UV LED ink.

The Acuity LED 1600 II is designed for the printer new to wide format inkjet printing or for users who wish to save costs by printing with the newest LED UV curing technology. The Acuity LED 1600 II is ideal for a wide variety of promotional tools, from wide format posters to window displays, back lit signs, point of purchase materials, and product packaging.

Fujifilm's proprietary Fast Accurate Marking technology enables best-in-class productivity of 355 sq ft/hour to address customers' needs for high quality and shorter delivery times. An innovative hybrid design allows for printing on wide format roll media, rigid board and sheet substrates up to 10mm (.375") thick and 63.3” wide. The print tables have a unique folding compact design that takes up minimal storage space.

The Acuity LED 3200R offers maximum productivity in its CMYK configuration plus minimal energy usage, which is as much as half of what other devices use. You can double efficiency by tapping into the twin roll printing function with two 60” (1.52 m) media rolls. The Acuity LED 3200R saves time, media & ink on backlit applications using a high density mode and LED lightbox for proofing while printing.

The Acuity LED 3200R’s robust media capability allows a single roll up to 220 lbs. (100 kgs) making it Fujifilm’s preferred custom wallpaper device. Overnight operation can be worry free with the convenient 3-liter ink tank bulk system and the Nozzle Check Unit in conjunction with the Nozzle Recovery system assures defect free prints.
