Why has Fujifilm's Dri-chem technology been chosen over the past few years?
Fujifilm uses technologies that it has developed in the field of photography. Over the past 4 decades, we have been working to improve ease of use and reduce analyzer size. That's why FUJI DRI-CHEM devices are used in various medical centers, such as outpatient clinics, hospital labs, and medical labs. In addition, they can be used in situations where the water supply is interrupted due to disasters and in remote regions.
The simple and easy-to-use operation screen provides a fast transition speed of 0.5 seconds or less, allowing for easy operation.
Set the slide and the specimen, then press the Start key.
All the processes hereafter are fully automated.
Once the pipetting procedure for the first sample is complete, the slides for the next sample can be positioned and the test can begin. The NX600 incubator has 13 simultaneous slide positions, enabling measurements of 13 parameters, differentiating the patient (sample).
The input rack has: 12 pipetting tip positions, 10 dilution cups, support for a bottle of up to 1.5ml for reference fluid and diluent.
A sliding front cover eliminates the need for a large space above the device to open and close the cover.
Each test needs only 10 μL of sample. (CRP needs 5 μL/test, ISE 50μL/3 tests). Manual pipetting can also be performed when the sample is less.
128 tests can be processed per hour.
The stability of the reagents in the slides does not require calibration, and the variability of the batches is adjusted by the QC Card;
The QC Card comes with the slide box and is required only once, during the entire validity period of the batch
With the ISE module, the Fujifilm Dri-chem enables measurement of Sodium, Potassium and Chloride electrolytes on a single slide, delivering the measurement in as little as 1 minute.
Minimally interfering with pre-analytical sample handling, the Dri-chem can be operated with Fujifilm tubes (0.5/1.5 mL) or be adapted to the main sample tube models on the market.
Automation of work operations such as pipetting and mixing, etc. The only operation required is the insertion of the dilution ratio.
After measurement, the pipetting blades and tips are automatically discarded in the disposal box, minimizing the risk of contamination.
Complies with international standards. Smoothly links with a facility’s host system.
The FUJI DRI-CHEM slide reagent has high reliability and stability thanks to cutting-edge chemical technology developed during FUJIFILM's long history in the photographic film manufacturing industry. A lower variation of results between operators, high reproducibility of results and daily accuracy, in addition to excellent correlation, are some notable characteristics.
Two types of slides are provided for different test items.
Enzymes, General chemistry, and Immunology
This multilayer sheet is composed of dry chemical reagents needed for the reaction and other functional materials. It quantifies enzymes and chemicals using a colorimetric method of sample interference filtering and colorimetric reaction.
Electrolytes
Each slide comes with an ion-selective film electrode for each of Na, K, and CI. The slides quantify the electrolytes in the sample by a sample interference filtering method and potentiometric reaction.
