Here are some of the proprietary technologies we have developed to make printing more productive.
EasySync
When multiple pages are being printed on multiple lines, it can be a challenge to synchronize them. Fujifilm’s EasySync feature quickly adjusts the print sequence for synchronization adjustments without lengthy, complicated calculations and time-consuming trial-and-error processes.
Type in a code on corresponding documents printed during make –ready to allow EasySync to automatically synchronize front and back or different print lines to help collate sheets during finishing operations.
Automatic, real-time insetting
When imprinting on a pre-printed shell, Fujifilm’s automatic insetting maintains precise analog to digital alignment.
It senses print position on the web by using fiducial marks and adjusts to movement automatically while printing.
It is precise to 0.1mm.
Rotating head assembly
Integrating printbars into existing production lines can occasionally mean fitting them into tight spaces.
With a head assembly that rotates up to 22.5°, our printbars are able to be integrated into a wide range of line locations. It provides more flexiblity for precisely aligning to web direction.
Splice avoidance
Although no print production operation will have perfect web splices every time, mitigating the effects of imperfect splicing helps maintain uninterrupted operations.
The combination of Fujifilm’s precise printhead technology and fast web repositioning enables high print quality on existing transports equipped with splicing processes.
REDIJET® ink recirculation
The FUJIFILM 42k Printbar System leverages Fujifilm’s patented REDIJET® ink recirculation system. This system ensures that ink is constantly recirculating in a closed loop that will not disrupt printing within the system. As a result, the system provides key benefits such as:
- Faster startup and restart time
- Simplified printhead cleaning procedures based on a proprietary non-wetting coating
- Printhead has no wear mechanism and is rated for trillions of actuations
