Breaking at the Olympics sparks record attendance at The Notorious IBE 2024, featuring the FUJIFILM instax™ Undisputed Masters Breaking Competition, which showcased top-tier Breaking talent from around the world, including Olympians Syssy (FR), Stefani (UKR) and Hiro10 (JPN).

Following the historic debut of Breaking at the Olympics just one week ago this year’s FUJIFILM instax™ Undisputed Masters global breaking competition, held in Heerlen, NL this weekend, captivated record-breaking audiences, with several Olympic contenders showing off their incredible skills.
The world's top breakers converged in Heerlen to show off their jaw-dropping moves and gravity-defying tricks including Olympians, Syssy (France), Stefani (Ukraine) and Hiro10 (Japan). They were joined by over 300 other breakers who lit up the stage with their incredible skills and unique styles.
On the night the winners were, Syssy (FR) in the women’s solo battle, who just beat fellow Olympian Stefani (UKR), with the solo men’s winner crowned shortly after, Alvin (VEN), who beat Quake (TAI). The final battle of the night was between the Crews, with Formless (worldwide) and Green Panda (worldwide) going head-to-head in the final, and Green Panda coming out on top.
A Celebration of Breaking Culture
This year's event was an electrifying celebration of breaking culture, bringing together the best breakers from around the globe in a weekend filled with fierce battles, unparalleled creativity, and remarkable athleticism. FUJIFILM instax™ Undisputed Masters, and The Notorious IBE collaborated to create an unforgettable experience that honoured breaking’s deep cultural roots and highlighted the sport’s explosive growth on the international stage.
Competition Results
Breakers competed for the prestigious Crew, Solo men’s, and Solo women’s titles. The event also introduced a new Junior category, shining a spotlight on the incredible talent of the next generation of breakers.
