Fuji Photo Film Holdings (S) Pte Ltd’s Authorised Capital and Paid-Up Capital increased to $35m and $33.779m respectively. On 1 April 2005, Fuji Singapore merged two divisions, the Professional and Consumer Division and the Photofinishing Division into one division, Consumer Photo & Imaging Division. |
