A total PV solution can consist of the POCL3 in bulk containers, and the equipment to distribute the chemical from those bulk containers into special refillable quartz bubblers. These bubblers are installed in our temperature controllers to maintain a steady vapor pressure at each point of use. All this will improve solar cell producers cost of ownership, quality and safety by avoiding local bubbler exchange
