FUJIFILM Dimatix next generation print head is addressing growing market needs for a high performance and reliable printheads used in sand casting and metal sintering applications.

This printhead provides a range of capabilities uniquely designed in support of these demanding application and to ensure the productivity and reliability that are needed in production environment.

To meet those requirements the FUJIFILM Starfire SG1024 L3F print head are designed to provide resistance to the aggressive fluids used in sand casting and metal sintering. The printhead also boasts fluid recirculation at the nozzle plate level and well serviceable components that allow our OEM partners to maximize the usable life of these printheads.
