Process Control
To obtain a precise shape, we have High temperature control technology to control temperatures of several hundred degrees to within one degree, and process control technology for stabilization.
Materials
By applying the organic material synthesis technology cultivated through the development of film materials, we have been able to develop proprietary molding-specific resins, we achieve product differentiation and productivity improvement.
Equipment Technology
We have developed a proprietary mechanism to achieve high-precision temperature/pressure control technology and a stable molding process, In-house molding facilities were designed to achieve this.
Mold Technology
We have designed a mold mechanism with our own temperature control, and our mold machining technology with nanometer precision has enabled us to create a mold that is as precise as a few nanometers. We achieve molded product with several hundred nanometers precision.
Product Design
We use simulation technology extensively in the product design stage to achieve highly stable designs.
Evaluation Technology
We have developed our own in-house measuring instruments and evaluation methods to guarantee the accuracy of molded products down to several hundred nanometers.
