Serverless On-Demand Print
Serverless On Demand Print manages and connects multiple devices in a breeze, without the need to install any server software.
Overview
What is Serverless On-Demand Printing?
"Server-less On-Demand Print" is a paid application that can be installed on a multifunction device or printer and enables you to print stored documents with "Private Charge Print" or "Charge Print" on a linked multifunction device or printer by installing the Server-less On-Demand Print kit.
(To install the application, the customer engineer is required.)
Features
Even if the multifunction device (hereafter "MFP") or printer to which a print job was sent is occupied, you can print it on another MFP. Since this usage allows printing with any available MFP nearby, you can reduce the waiting time for a print job to be completed before retrieving your print outs. Also, for example, the workload of carrying around a bunch of printed documents to a distant meeting room can be reduced by choosing a MFP that is nearer the meeting room.
Documents that have been instructed to be printed are temporarily stored in the MFP or printer, and before printing, you can select the number of copies, change the color mode to black and white, and set double-sided or single-sided printing, which improves security and reduces unnecessary printing.
- Note: Server-less On-Demand allows linkage between Fuji Xerox machines and Fujifilm machines.
To simplify the settings for linked devices, we provide a "Serverless On-Demand Print Settings Information Creation Tool" that can be used on a PC. It can be downloaded free of charge from our official website and installed on your MFP or printer for use.
By entering information such as the IP addresses of the linked multifunction devices and printers into the "Serverless On-Demand Print Configuration Information Creation Tool," you can configure them all at once.

There are two sorts of the applications of Server-less On-Demand Print depending on your authentication environment.
- Private Charge Print (Network): Can be used in Local Account mode, Remote Accounts mode, or No Login Required mode (with IC Cards)
- Select ID and Print: Can be used in No Login Required mode (without IC Cards)

- Note: Private Charge Print (Network) and Select ID and Print cannot be used together.
- *1: A job can be shared with up to 100 machines, but only machines belonging to the same group (up to 10 machines) can be searched at the same time.
