Top Management Changes of FUJIFILM Business Innovation Japan Corp.

TOKYO, June 24, 2022 - FUJIFILM Business Innovation Corp. announces the following top management changes of its affiliate, FUJIFILM Business Innovation Japan Corp. The changes of directors as well as in the duties of corporate officers were decided at its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on June 24.

Appointment of a director and changes in the duties of corporate officers, effective June 24 (changes are underlined):
