FUJIFILM Business Innovation Announces Management Changes

TOKYO, June 24, 2022 - FUJIFILM Business Innovation Corp. announces the following changes in its directors decided at its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on June 24. The company also announces the following duty changes of its corporate officers effective June 24 as well as July 1.

In addition, research, technology, and development functions regarding IT and new businesses have also been integrated into this new organization.
