INFORMATION
For users who cannot connect to their printer with iOS 13 and newer
To connect to your printer with iOS 13, you need the access to "Location". Please follow the instructions below for the access.
- Please go to "Settings" in your iOS. Find "Location" at the "INSTAX SHARE™" bar, and Select "While using the App".
- If you cannot find "Location", please open the "INSTAX SHARE" app. Tap "Real time template" on the app screen at upper left, and select the dialogue "Allow".
