Fujivision Signagelive Bonus Months Promotion – Terms and Conditions

Information and instructions on how to enter this Promotion to obtain bonus months of Signagelive digital signage software subscription (“Promotion Offer”) form part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating in this Promotion, the entrant will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions and agreed to be contractually bound by them. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer, unless otherwise advised.
The Promotion is only open to Australian resident businesses with a valid Australian Business Number (ABN) which have not previously purchased digital signage screens or digital signage software licences from the Promoter and which will use the Promotion Offer as an end user and not as a reseller or distributor.
Promotion commences 1st of July 2021 and closes 5pm AEST 30th September 2021 (“Promotional Period”).

To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, entrants must purchase in a single transaction during the Promotional Period either:
- Digital Screens + Signagelive Software Package. The entrant is required to purchase one (1) x twelve (12) month Signagelive software licence subscription for each commercial digital screen purchased from the Promoter during the Promotional Period, as follows:

DIGITAL SCREENS AND SIGNAGELIVE SOFTWARE LICENCES PURCHASED	SIGNAGELIVE SOFTWARE LICENCE BONUS MONTHS PER LICENCE PURCHASED
One (1) to Four (4) screens and licences (one (1) licence must be purchased for each digital screen purchased)	3 bonus months per licence purchased (receive 15 months Signagelive licence for the price of just 12 months)
Five (5) or more screens and licences (one (1) licence must be purchased for each digital screen purchased)	6 bonus months per licence purchased (receive 18 months Signagelive licence for the price of just 12 months)

Or,

Signagelive Software Only. The entrant is required to purchase at least one (1) x twelve (12) month Signagelive software licence subscription from the Promoter during the Promotional Period.

SIGNAGELIVE SOFTWARE LICENCES PURCHASED	SIGNAGELIVE SOFTWARE LICENCE BONUS MONTHS PER LICENCE PURCHASED
One (1) to Nine (9) licences only (one (1) licence must be purchased for each digital screen)	3 bonus months per licence purchased (receive 15 months Signagelive licence for the price of just 12 months)
Ten (10) or more licences only (one (1) licence must be purchased for each digital screen)	6 bonus months per licence purchased (receive 18 months Signagelive licence for the price of just 12 months)

The Promotion is limited to a single transaction per eligible entrant.
The Promotion is limited to the first 150 licences sold during the Promotional Period. One licence is required per individual screen.
If an eligible entrant purchases a Digital Screens + Signagelive Software Package as per Condition 4a. above, the digital screens must be installed and invoiced before the Promotion end date otherwise the entrant will not be eligible to receive the Promotion Offer.
The entrant will be required to enter into a formal written agreement with the Promoter subject to the Promoter’s Fujivision terms and conditions and the Signagelive End User Licence Agreement before products will be delivered.
Except where prohibited by law, the Promoter reserves the right to extend, modify, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time and for any reason.
