StarFire^® SG600/SA-2C - Overview

Each SG600/SA-2C printhead has two separate ink paths each with 768 independent channels arranged in 6 rows in a single nozzle plate for resolutions up to 300 dpi per color. All 1536 nozzles can be fired individually.
The StarFire SG600/SA-2C is a compact, self-contained unit built to withstand demanding graphic arts and industrial applications. It uses field proven components to deliver consistent output over a long service life with continuous ink recirculation. This two color 300 dpi printhead is equipped with a replaceable proprietary metal nozzle plate that is designed to withstand abrasion and resist damage. The unit is compatible with solvent, UV-curable and aqueous ink formulations.
