CT system makes dental examinations more informative for additional essence such as thickness or depth of bones compared to 2-dimensional X-ray image. Therefore, it is useful to use CT for the dental field.
For a small dental clinic, it is not feasible to set up CT system, however it is possible to collaborate with general hospital which can provide the Dental CT imaging and treatment solution.
Comparison of CT for Dental Use
Dental Analysis software creates panoramic line and cross sectional image (orthogonal MPR) that supports diagnosis.
Create a panoramic image easily by pointing the apex of panoramic line on axial image. Optimal image can be obtained by changing projection methods (MIP/Average) or depth.
A cross sectional image to panoramic line (orthogonal MPR) can be displayed by Dental Analysis software. Moreover, it supports diagnosis by a layout or measurement of distance/angle according to user requirement.
A customized report can be generated by setting layout or selecting analysis images accordingly. In addition, a full-scale filming is also available*
