Product Summary

  • QZ 3501: Polyimide developer, edge bead remover and backside rinse, specially designed as a multi-use solvent formulation.
  • QZ 3601: Very high purity polyimide developer, edge bead remover and backside rinse, specially designed as a multi-use solvent formulation. Ultra low trace metals and particle specifications.
  • HTR-D2: Polyimide developer, edge bead remover and backside rinse, formulated for use with RER 600 to pattern Fujifilm's negative tone polyimides.
  • RER 600: High purity rinse designed for use in combination with HTR-D2 developer to develop Fujifilm's negative tone polyimides as well as other photopolymers. RER 600 can also be used as a backside rinse and edge bead remover with Fujifilm's PBO products.
  • OPD 4262: High purity surfactant containing, TMAH based, aqueous PBO developer optimized for Fujifilm's PBO and photoresist products.
