The INSTAX print included a QR code that guided visitors to a member registration and survey for nearby facilities, as well as a digital coupon for on-site use. This was much more effective in acquiring new customers than other incentives employed on site, with 43% of visitors accessing the QR code, and over 20% downloading the app and filling out the survey.
