This is a collection of examples of flat-panel displays.
Seven examples of Rubber roller mounting, Dry film resist (DFR) lamination, Fuel cell stacks and Assembly of mobile phones, Film Attaching Equipment, Cover glass attaching equipment, Panel polishing equipment and Vacuum heat pressure devices are posted.

(1) Assessment of rubber roll mounting quality

Industry: Displays, Printed boards, Lead frames, etc
Challenges: If the adhesion of the rubber to the steel core of the lamination nip roll is poor or if the rubber is damaged, lamination defects occur.

(2) Checking adhesive pressure of dry film resist (DFR) lamination

Industry: Printed Circuit Board(PCB), Lead frames, Liquid crystal, etc
Challenges: Bubbles and wrinkes can be formed if the base material/dry film resist/lamination roll is not set up in balance or if the pressure is not adjusted to be uniform.

(3) Checking the water resistance of mobile phones and improving the stability of related production processes

Industry: Manufacture of mobile phones, smartphones, and tablet computers
Challenges: Need to ensure that uniform pressure is applied by the assembly jigs during the assembly of waterproof devices.

(4) Checking drum (roller) pressure uniformity when attaching functional films(OCA, AG, AR, polarizing plates, etc.) to cover glass and touch panels

Challenges: If the pressure balance during this process is incorrect, air bubbles, wrinkles, positional displacement and other errors may occur, causing product failures.

(5) Checking roller pressure uniformity when attaching the cover glass to touch panels or LCDs.

(6) To check pressure uniformity between the polisher stage and polishing sheet of the Panel polishing equipment

(7) Verification of pressure uniformity of vacuum heat pressure devices

Industry: Electronic components, OLEDs, Touchscreens, Print circuit boards, Equipment such as semiconductors that are used as manufacturing and development machines
Challenges: The devices are expected or required to maintain as uniform surface pressure as long as possible to improve the quality of processed products.
