FUJIFILM Electronic Materials Taiwan Co.,Ltd. (FETW) was established in 1996 and has been focusing on the sales and manufacturing of key materials for semiconductor processes, providing a wide range of materials required in advanced semiconductor processes.
It mainly includes various special chemicals such as photosensitive material (photoresist) and developer, CMP slurry and post CMP cleaner or etching cleaner required for specific process. For advanced packaging technology, we are offering photosensitive polymer materials with low dielectric, low moisture absorption and low stress, which are suitable for low temperature condition.
In addition to develop and manufacture of advanced semiconductor materials, the company also has variety of products which are applied to the production process of liquid crystal displays industry or to the manufacturing process of other electronic devices.
For example, FUJIFILM Micro filters can be used in various industrial processes, including advanced packaging, semiconductor, chemical engineering, food and beverage, and pharmaceutical industry for either R&D or manufacturing process. FETW provide the leading edge color Mosaic for high-end , high resolution image sensor for smart phones, vehicles devices, and optical sensors.
