Features
- * ApeosPort-VI C5571 R, by weight.
Our history of resource recycling
At FUJIFILM Business Innovation, we established our company-wide recycling policy known as Infinite "Zero Landfill" in 1995, designed as a closed-loop system under which we have been collecting products used by customers for recycling and reuse.
In 1998, we began to use recycled plastic (ABS resin) made from our products that we collected, which was an industry first. In 2008, we established a site for reuse and recycling in Suzhou, China, expanding our activities.
Closed-loop system
FUJIFILM Business Innovation has built a circular production system by examining the entire product lifecycle, from the product planning, development, and manufacturing stages to disposal.
Remanufactured Product
"Remanufactured Product" is our term for a resource-recycling product in line with our philosophy that used products should be treated as valuable resources rather than waste.
We guarantee the quality and reliability of used products collected from customers that are deemed to be in acceptable condition for reuse. As part of the transition towards decarbonisation, we are actively embracing the reuse of parts with minor discoloration and scratches, provided that they satisfy the relevant performance and safety requirements.
- Note: Interior or exterior colours may differ from those shown in the catalogue due to the use of used parts.
Significantly reducing environmental impact
- A parts reuse rate of up to 84%*1 (by weight)
- The CO2 emissions from the entire product lifecycle, including manufacturing, transportation and customer use, were reduced by up to 37%*2

Induction heating (IH) fusing technology
Conventional fusing devices are permanently kept in a pre-heated state so that they can be used from the standby state, which naturally requires considerable power. FUJIFILM Business Innovation developed IH fusing technologies that enable quick heating to eliminate the necessity of preheating in standby or power-saving mode to conserve energy and increase convenience.
High speed recovery from sleep mode with an instant heating IH-Fuser
The instant heating IH-Fuser takes no more than five seconds to reach full heat from low-power sleep mode, thus helping to reduce overall power consumption without compromising user convenience.
LED print head technology
A light source consisting of small light-emitting diodes (LEDs) arranged in large numbers is employed as a print head that writes images on photoreceptors. By concentrating light uniformly compared to laser raster output scanners (ROS), it achieves high image quality at 1,200 dpi x 2,400 dpi. At the same time, 57%* lower power consumption, a space saving design, and a quiet environment not generating motor noises are achieved.

Smart power saving technology
The technology performs a detailed control of electrification to only power the required parts of the MFP according to the functions being used to conserve energy and increase convenience.
Super EA-Eco toner
Super EA-Eco toner achieves low-temperature fusing performance boasting a melt temperature around 10℃ lower than that of EA-Eco toner. This results in lower power consumption.
Smart WelcomEyes technology
The Smart WelcomEyes technology automatically wakes the MFP from sleep mode when it detects movement nearby. This clever power-saving feature is designed to accommodate a trend toward opting for longer sleep transition times.
High image quality with sharp images
[ Toner with small grain size ]
Super EA-Eco toner adopted. It produces clear and sharp text and lines with smooth gradations. Half-tones are also beautifully reproduced to allow smooth printing such as the softness of a baby's skin and natural gradations of a blue sky.
[ Motivating in-house printing ]
In addition to high image quality, the devices provide easy-to-use image quality adjustments* that catch the heart of those users who are keen for higher quality. This MFP will be perfect even for in-house printing of printed materials that need that extra appeal together with higher speeds and lower costs.
