By submitting this Form, you hereby agree that FUJIFILM Business Innovation Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. [Company Registration No. 199202000004 (993478-A)], its related corporations, associates, affiliates and joint development companies as well as their representatives (collectively, “FUJIFILM Business Innovation”) may collect, use, store and process your personal data that you provide in this form for the purpose of receiving updates, news, promotional and marketing mails or materials from FUJIFILM Business Innovation.

You hereby give your consent to FUJIFILM Business Innovation to:-

(a) Store and process your Personal Data;

In addition, your personal data may be transferred to any company within FUJIFILM Business Innovation which may involve sending your data to a location outside Malaysia.
