Notice regarding the warm-up time of ApeosPort C3060 / C2560 / C2060 and ApeosPort 3560 / 3060 / 2560

Thank you for your continued support to our products.
With regards to the below-mentioned products, we have found a setting error in their firmware. This error is leading the devices to take comparatively longer time to get ready when turned on as compared to their original specifications. As result, the actual warm-up time*1 is longer than the those shown in their brochures.
For those customers who have EP-BB multifunction printer management service contract with us, the printer firmware will be automatically updated.
For those customers who do not have contract on the automatic firmware update service, please visit our web site shown below.
