Notice Regarding a Change in the Establishment of FUJIFILM Business Innovation Japan

Thank you for your continued support and patronage to Fuji Xerox.
As announced previously, Fuji Xerox will be reorganizing its Japanese sales function as FUJIFILM Business Innovation Japan Corp. (“the Company”). The Company will be an integrated new operation which consists of (1) an absorption-type split with domestic sales functions of current Fuji Xerox Co. Ltd, and (2) an absorption-type merger with all Fuji Xerox’s domestic sales subsidiaries and Fuji Xerox InterField.
We would like to notify that the effective date of the absorption-type split with Fuji Xerox’s domestic sales functions is rescheduled to be May 1, 2021 (originally planned to be April 1, 2021) due to procedural reasons.
Please also note that the absorption-type merger with all of Fuji Xerox’s domestic sales subsidiaries and Fuji Xerox InterField will become effective as of April 1, 2021 as planned. They will commence business on April 1, 2021 under the new name FUJIFILM Business Innovation Japan Corp.
