Keith has 30 years hands-on experience in business and technology leadership roles across sales, delivery and management in the customer communications and business process outsourcing industry. His team is now leading the charge in providing the most innovative document management solutions to the Asia Pacific. He has rich and direct experience in delivering solutions for customer in industries such as banking, insurance and wealth and superannuation, telecommunications and government.

Keith Grieves – Managing Director

Keith is the Managing Director at Fujifilm Data Management Solutions and was appointed to the position in March 2023. With over 25 years of experience in senior leadership roles, Keith has helped enterprise and government organisations throughout Australia and Asia to achieve their business objectives though aligning people, technology and services with the objectives and needs of the customer.

Prior to Keith’s current role, he held the position of Chief Technology Officer where he set the strategic direction that transformed Fujifilm DMS into a managed technology platform provider. Other prior experience includes senior executive roles with QM Technologies Limited, Computershare Limited and Salmat Limited.

Keith is an outcome driven leader with proven management experience across sales, commercial, technology, service delivery and cybersecurity, and is focused on helping clients achieve their objectives and growing the business through innovation and mergers and acquisitions.

Tim Smith – Sales & Marketing Executive General Manager

Tim has been an industry leader for more than 25 years. His extensive experience in Sales and insightful understanding of the industry has driven the continuous evolution of FUJIFILM. Originally with Salmat, Tim started his career with the largest business outsourcing provider in Australia. Tim was involved in the successful transformation of Salmat BPO to FUJIFILM. Directly reporting to the CEO, he is leading sales engagement across the region to provide the organisations in Asia Pacific with more efficiency, engagement and effectiveness.

Rebecca Linton – General Manager, QLD & WA

Rebecca has over 20 years’ experience in the Print and Mail House industry having held a number of General Management positions across a number of Australia’s premier Mail Houses. As the General Manager of Queensland, her role is to ensure that FUJIFILM is continually pioneering new technology ideas within the printing and online digital industries. Primarily Rebecca is responsible for managing the Sales and Contract’s function for FUJIFILM QLD, ensuring that these functions co-ordinate to maintain an effective and efficient system. More recently she has led the team in working on a number of new solution releases that provide a broader range of platform as a service (PaaS) opportunities for our client and prospects.

Arthur Hilaris – General Manager, VIC, NT & SA

Arthur has over 25 years experience in the industry, 15 of those with FUJIFILM. Arthur works closely with the state sales team and commercial team to keep abreast of all client requirements, supporting the teams in the transition of new clients and projects. He is the Executive Sponsor of new projects and the escalation point for any Victorian or Northern Territory issues. He is also responsible for the viability and progress of the Victorian and Northern Territory businesses. Arthur is focused on end-to-end reconciliation, employee welfare and engagement, and customer satisfaction. He is a collaborative business partner who works at all levels with internal/external customers and suppliers. A forward-looking leader who has the ability to identify opportunities, develop strategies and deliver outcomes.

Nathan Symes – General Manager, NSW & ACT

Nathan has over 20 years of experience in the industry and has been with FUJIFILM since 2007, holding senior roles across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region. In his new role as General Manager of NSW and ACT, Nathan is responsible for driving service excellence and optimising operational efficiency across the business. Most recently, he led our Hong Kong business, where he focused on strategic growth and delivering high-quality outcomes. Known for his collaborative approach, Nathan works closely with the state sales and support teams to ensure that FUJIFILM continues to meet the evolving needs of our stakeholders, supporting seamless transitions for new projects and initiatives across the region.

Julie Croft

Julie Croft – Group Human Resources Manager

Julie is responsible for developing and executing the group strategy and leading the HR Team in delivering effective business support to achieve strategic goals. This encompasses providing guidance and support in employee relations and welfare, learning and development, compensation and reward programs and work health/safety. Julie has extensive experience in the industry having worked in a range of diverse functions including project management, IT and operational management roles and previously managed People & Culture for Salmat QLD across multiple business units. Julie holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, is registered as a Justice of the Peace (QLD) and is a member of AHRI.

John May – Head of Solutions

John manages a team of Business Solutions Consultants providing technical pre-sales and consulting services to the clients of FUJIFILM. The Solutions team are highly skilled subject matter experts with detailed technical knowledge of industry best practice and of the FUJIFILM products and services. John has more than 30 years IT experience with primary focus on large systems design and implementation. He has been responsible for IT Infrastructure and Enterprise Content Management solutions for his past 18 years with FUJIFILM. He was instrumental in the development of our electronic archive and workflow strategy and has been intimately involved in the design and delivery of all of our content management solutions including electronic archive and customer self-service for major financial institutions in Australia and across Asia Pacific.

Adam Lowry – Head of Platform and Product

Adam manages the Product Development and Platform team providing technical pre-sales and consulting services to the clients of FUJIFILM. The Solutions team are highly skilled subject matter experts with detailed technical knowledge of industry best practice and of FUJIFILM products and services. Adam’s industry experience spans over 20 years in client facing roles and leading technical teams. Adam holds a Bachelor of Surveying (Computer Science).
