- Polyimide developer, edge bead remover and backside rinse, formulated for use with RER 600 to pattern Fujifilm's negative tone polyimides.
- RER 600
- High purity rinse designed for use in combination with HTR-D2 developer to develop Fujifilm's negative tone polyimides as well as other photopolymers. RER 600 can also be used as a backside rinse and edge bead remover with Fujifilm's PBO products.
