FUJIFILM Europe GmbH wins the prestigious NRW Global Business Award

Ratingen, 25 June 2024 – Yesterday, at the K21 Ständehaus in Düsseldorf, FUJIFILM Europe GmbH received the prestigious NRW Global Business Award assigned to foreign companies that have successfully established themselves in the North Rhine-Westphalia region.

During the award ceremony, opened by Mona Neubaur, Minister for Economy, Industry, Climate Protection, and Energy of North Rhine-Westphalia, Yoshiki Kimura, President and Managing Director of FUJIFILM Europe GmbH received the award on behalf of the company.

In recent years, FUJIFILM Europe GmbH has successfully undergone significant transformation through innovation and new technologies, now representing a leading high-tech company in many new sectors. In 2022, the company relocated from Düsseldorf to Ratingen, marking a new beginning and a clear commitment to the headquarters and the broader region.

Initially a pioneer in analog photography, the Japanese Fujifilm Corporation successfully reinvented itself as a high-tech company in various fields, from medical imaging and IT to advanced printing systems and electronic materials.
