TOKYO, August 25, 2023 – FUJIFILM Holdings Corporation (President and CEO, Representative Director: Teiichi Goto) is pleased to announce that its mirrorless digital cameras FUJIFILM X-H2S and FUJIFILM X-H2 have won the Bronze Award in the International Design Excellence Awards (IDEA) 2023, organized by the Industrial Designers Society of America (IDSA). Eight other products, including a digital radiography and smartphone printers were selected as finalists*1.
The IDEA is an international design award program established in 1980 by the Industrial Designers Society of America (IDSA). It is considered as one of the world’s three major design awards alongside Germany’s “iF Design Award” and “Red Dot Design Award.” The jury reviews entries based on strict criteria including design innovation, user benefits and social impact, and selects Gold, Silver and Bronze award winners. This is Fujifilm’s seventh win in the IDEA.
In addition to creating beautiful external designs, Fujifilm will continue to work to create new product values by developing designs that realize simple and comfortable operability and portability.
