Each SG1024/AQMH-AQLH printheads has 1024 independent channels arranged in 8 rows in a single nozzle plate for resolutions up to 400 dpi. All 1024 nozzles can be fired.
The StarFire SG1024/AQMH-AQLH are compact, self-contained units built to withstand the harsh environment of industrial ceramics production. It uses field proven materials to deliver consistent output over a long service life with continuous ink recirculation at 400 dots-per-inch. Equipped with a metal nozzle plate StarFire that is designed to withstand abrasion and resist damage and are repairable by the equipment manufacturer.
The unit is compatible with a new generation of aqueous-based ceramic inks.
Printing systems using StarFire AQLH printheads with these inks enable producers to meet evolving environmental standards such as reduction in emissions, VOCs, as well as optimal kiln productivity. Additionally, these inks enable more intense color reproduction.
