SUPERIA Processless Thermal CTP Plates - ZP

NEW
Superia ZP:
High-performance processless CTP plate

Fujifilm’s high-performance Superia ZP plate is designed to give you the quality and simplicity you need to maximise efficiency in your offset printing process. Built using advanced layering technology, it delivers excellent results and boasts impressive environmental credentials

Quality you can rely on

Because Superia ZP doesn’t require any processing or finishing using chemistry or gum, the stability and consistency of output is better than a traditionally processed plate. And with a resolution of 1-99% and 20 μm FM screening – you can rely on high-quality prints, time and time again.

A simpler way to make plates

Processless plate production represents the simplest way to make plates. Once the plate has been imaged in a platesetter, you can mount it directly on the press.
There’s no need for a processor, and its associated chemistry. And you’ll save on energy required to power the processor, along with water and waste from plate production.

Advanced layering technology

The Superia ZP incorporates MULTIGRAIN V and Rapid Stable Start-up technology along with advanced layering technology unique to Fujifilm. Combined, these ensure optimum plate stability, a long shelf life, high sensitivity and productivity.

Better for the environment

By eliminating the chemicals of traditional plate processing, and reducing power requirements, waste and water use, processless plates have a much smaller carbon footprint. Which means, by using Superia ZP over a traditional plate process, you’ll impact the environment less.
